The MSP for Skye, Lochaber and Badenoch will be holding 18 surgeries across Skye, Lochalsh and Raasay over the next fortnight as part of her annual summer constituency tour.
As well as speaking to constituents in villages like Elgol, Glenelg, Inverarish on Raasay and Staffin, Kate Forbes MSP will also be meeting with Stromeferry and Achmore Community Council, Loch Hourn Broadband Cooperative and fishermen from the north of Skye.
Ms Forbes will also be attending the annual Isle of Skye Highland Games in Portree on Wednesday 7 August.
Kate Forbes MSP said: “It is always the busiest week on Skye, but I’ll be there holding surgeries and doing visits that week as well.
“I’m looking forward to spending days at a time getting round as many villages as possible and look forward to welcoming anybody to pop in.
“There has been some progress over the last few summers on some of the difficult issues on Skye, including healthcare and tourism, but there is plenty still to do.”
